Jeane Starre's sister. Originally conceived for the skeleton of an RPG I wanted to make, way, way long ago, she was actually one of the first chraracters I drew for it. When I created Axis, i folded her into it as I really liked the design. Her original design had a lot of Akira Toriyama influence.
